This past Saturday morning, the men of this church met to talk about family and leadership and share breakfast together. John King led the group in a discussion of "Leadership in the Family". If you were in attendance you were presented with a challenge....a challenge to work towards improving our relationships within the family. This challenge is a 40 Day Love Journey. If you were unable to attend, we challenge you to see John King and ask him for a copy of the 40 Day Love Journey and work together with the rest of us to improve our family relationships.
Come join on Sunday Nights as we learn new songs. Have you ever thought, "Gee, I wish we could learn some new songs to sing in our worship service". Well that day has arrived!!! On Sunday nights (except the 2nd Sunday night of the month when we all meet at the Justin Care Center), our brother Tim McGaugh is not only helping us to learn new songs but also helping us to understand more about music and how to sing the different parts. Get out of that rut you are in and come join us as we fellowship with one another and sing praises to our God together!
us on Wednesday evenings at 7PM in our main auditorium as we study together the
Kyle Idleman book "gods at war". Kyle Idleman challenges us with the
thought that perhaps all sin springs from the same source - IDOLATRY. While we
may not see many "graven images" in our world today, Kyle argues that
there are still countless gods passionately at war for the throne of our heart.
If we put the wrong god on the throne, our lives will be thrown into chaos, and
all our efforts at sin management will be futile. Only by recognizing our
misplaced worship and by enthroning Jesus can we experience freedom and
life. Come study with us as we discuss a chapter each week in a small
group type setting.
